What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, location), dog records and photos, documents you upload, and records of registry actions (audit logs).

How we use it

To operate the registry, review registrations, issue and verify certificates, process transfers, and keep records secure. We do not sell personal data.

What is public

Approved dog records (name, breed, colour, registered owner name, kennel, pedigree) and approved kennels appear in the public registry. Phone numbers, email addresses and microchip numbers of dogs are not shown on public dog pages. Lost & found reports show the contact details you provide.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are limited to one device at a time and staff actions are logged.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time and ask us to correct or remove your data through the contact page.
