You must provide truthful details and genuine photographs of the dog being registered. Fraudulent or duplicate registrations will be rejected and accounts may be suspended.

Review and approval

Registration does not guarantee approval. Registry staff may reject records or request more information.

Certificates

Certificates are issued only after payment and checks are complete, and may be revoked if found to be based on false information.

Ownership transfers

A transfer takes effect only after the new owner confirms and registry staff approve it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other accounts, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
